Construction Office Admin Construction Office Admin Growing General Contractor in San Carlos CA has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Admin/Project oordinator. The right candidate with potential and ambition will be given the opportunity for advancement. To successfully perform the job, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the skills and knowledge required for this position: Key Responsibilities: -Issue contracts and PO’s-Request project specific insurance-Prepare submittal packages including start-up & closeouts-Maintain all project documentation for ASI, COR, RFI, Change Order, etc. -Owner/Subcontractor correspondences-Coordinate with Superintendents on owner billings and collections -Maintain electronic project files-Coordinate with Superintendents to review and approve subcontractors’ payment request -Prepare project specific binders -Occasional travel to project sites for meetings -Coordinate and/or comply with any special contractual requirements called for by Owner contracts -Working knowledge of QuickBooks -Other misc. admin duties (preliminary notices, filing, etc.)Qualifications: -Construction industry experience (Public works experience prefer) -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Knowledge of Primavera and American Contractor is a plus-Knowledge of contracts and insurance-Ability to prioritize and multitask-Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Required experience: Construction Admin Work: 2 years Required education: Associate http://www.nyandct.com/ofertas-de-trabajo/trabajo-manual/trabajos-de-construccion-en-san-carlos_i8893
