Diagnostic charge for all devices (excluding printers). Diagnostic time will depend on individual issues but can typically be completed in 24 hours or less. I quote 24 hours on ALL diagnostics, no matter the issue. Some issues can obviously be resolved much faster and some users will have an urgent need to have it done as fast as possible, but I never know when the next person will call with a bigger emergency and I must run to Sanger for a couple hours to work on something. Once the diagnostic is complete I can contact the customer and let them know exactly what’s wrong with their device and exactly what it will cost to repair (labor plus parts if necessary), if they decide to proceed with repairs the diagnostic fee is waived, and they only pay for repairs, otherwise the customer can pay the diagnostic fee and pick up their device along with a printout of the issues found.
